About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our Victorian Development team at Stockland. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Development Managers and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Development function
  • Process payments and procurements through SAP and Ariba systems
  • Assist with contractor and consultant engagement administration
  • Monitor and report on purchase order and invoice performance
  • Manage meetings rooms and hot desks at sales and regional offices
  • Contribute to Operational Risk compliance processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Development Director and their Personal Assistant as needed

About You

  • Relevant experience providing administrative support in a team environment
  • Experience managing supplier payments and associated administration
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, with intermediate-level skills
  • Ability to travel to project offices as required
