Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support to our directors, teams, and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Client Communication: Manage all correspondence, including drafting and reviewing client communications, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare correspondence, client packages, reports, proposals, tenders, and other documentation on behalf of our directors and team.
  • Calendar Management: Provide calendar support, including booking meeting rooms, catering, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and administer meetings, including agenda preparation and client greetings.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Lead the onboarding and offboarding of new clients and team members.
  • Business Development: Support business development activities, including proposal creation and reporting on referrals, wins, and losses.
  • Team Administration: Coordinate team administration and engagement activities, client functions, and events.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Strong administrative skills and previous experience working within a customer service or administrative role.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
