The role:
The Pricing Assurance Manager role will be responsible for leading the pricing implementation and assurance function. This includes quality assurance, testing, compliance, complaint management and supporting system enhancements within A&G's pricing operations.
To be successful, the manager should have solid communication and technical skills and the ability to lead a technical team.
Accountabilities:
- Understand the entire endtoend price calculation engine and infrastructure.
- Ensure the integrity of all pricing data and processes to proactively identify risks and issues.
- Develop safeguards to mitigate the risk of pricing errors and reduce the volume of pricing queries.
- Design, build, and maintain automated continuous price testing.
- Manage compliancerelated matters through the development of effective systems and processes.
- Support compliance incident owners to manage incidents, including documentation, prepare regulatory communications, and liaise with Risk and Compliance teams.
- Support the implementation and delivery of IT development initiatives that directly impact pricing, including nextgeneration pricing engines. Engage, communicate, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver pricing system enhancements.
Knowledge and experience:
- 5+ years of general insurance industry experience
- Proven analytical and problemsolving capability
- Excellent attention to detail Solid communication and technical skills and the ability to lead a technical team
