The Role

As the Senior Pricing Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping our insurance products' pricing strategies. Utilising advanced data analytics and modelling techniques, you'll ensure pricing decisions are robust and risk-based.

Accountabilities

  • Analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to resolve issues and draw insights.
  • Efficiently manage large datasets and implement intricate rating changes.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management effectively.
  • Evaluate alternative data sources for risk rating and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of data assets for the team.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the general insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as BigQuery, SAS, SQL, or R.
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial studies, or related field.
