Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level with a dynamic and innovative IT solutions provider? Data#3 is seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Professional to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our business by managing and expanding an established account base within your territory. You'll create and execute strategic plans to exceed sales targets, collaborate with key account leads, and develop meaningful relationships with our valued customers.

In this role you will:
- Identify new business opportunities, increase annuity business, and engage with marketing and solution teams to drive growth in your sales territory.
- Provide a unique perspective to customers, encouraging them to rethink their business strategies, and tailor communications to drive consensus for deals.
- Independently and collaboratively manage tenders and proposals, solving deal challenges and ensuring successful sales.
- Develop, refine, and implement plans to manage and grow existing accounts, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Contribute to strategic account plans, manage customer relationships, and handle commercial and contractual engagements.
- Develop deep knowledge of customer industries, government agencies, and leverage data-driven insights to improve business decisions.
- Build a respected reputation with strategic partners, maintain vendor sales certifications, and manage sales forecasting, bids, and pricing to maximise margins.
About You
- Over 2 years of sales experience with a successful track record in managing complex deals, growing existing business, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships at various levels, as well as developing and sustaining vendor partnerships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including business writing, presentation, and active listening, tailored to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proficient in closing deals, offering unique business perspectives, understanding customer value drivers, and guiding customers through decision-making processes.
- Ability to comprehend complex models, use vendor tools, contribute to strategic priorities, and maintain a history of ethical business practices.
- Experience selling software, particularly Microsoft products and licensing, is highly desirable.
