Rhima are seeking a full-time dynamic, self-motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and coordinating the sales orders from confirmation of offer through to despatch
  • Preparing proposals, quotations, tenders, agreements, sales reports and presentations
  • Invoicing and data entry
  • Showroom upkeep and customer reception
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and followthrough is maintained at all times
  • Ensure queries and requests are responded to promptly
  • Reporting weekly sales, preparing monthly report and pipeline activity to the sales manager
  • Provide administration support to sales reps
  • Creating a list of prospective clients and contacting them to make an appointment for the sales reps
  • Book travel for sales staff when required
  • Create purchase orders and send to overseas suppliers for ordering of machines as required
  • Assist with planning and attending trade shows as required
  • Assist with Marketing plans as required
  • Assisting other team members including Service Coordinator as and when required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Well organised
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Be a strong team player


The role would ideally suit someone that has previously been in a Sales or Service coordination role or similar, and enjoys a dynamic, friendly office environment.
