Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with suppliers, freight companies, and customers on purchase order statuses, creating stock statuses, and resolving any issues or queries.
- Use the Greentree CRM system to process purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and update records.
- Work closely with your internal dedicated sales team member to process customer requests.
- Coordinate freight and shipping for customer orders and provide ETAs.
- Develop customer relationships through practical communication skills and customer service.
- Perform general ad-hoc tasks as required by the customer service and administration team.
Requirements:
