This opportunity

The Commercial Marketing Manager will add commercial value to TPG Telecom by designing and delivering data driven propositions for the NBA program that are relevant and resonate with our customers. This role is instrumental in enhancing customer retention and revenue growth by providing tailored recommendations at every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities

Analyse complex datasets, interpret data and behavioural results to create data-driven and personalised propositions to retain and grow the customer base and revenue Design the Next Best Action (NBA) proposition framework with scalability and flexibility in mind to accommodate increasing volumes of customer data, new channels, and emerging technologies Define decisioning rules that prioritise NBA recommendations based on customer value, business goals, and near real-time contextual factors, ensuring the most relevant recommendations are presented to customers Establish mechanisms to capture customer feedback on NBA recommendations Prepare and present NBA commercial updates, performance metrics, and data-driven recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders Analyse proposition performance data using advanced data analysis techniques Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Channels, product, sales, and customer care) to gather insights and ensure commercial alignment Perform research and analysis to understand market trends and commercial variances

Knowledge and experience

Strong analytical skills with expertise in using data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights and drive marketing decisions Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization to draw actionable insights Strong business acumen and the ability to connect statistical insights with strategic commercial objectives Experience in developing and optimising customer propositions and value offers using data-driven methodologies Tech savvy, data led and proficient in marketing automation and decisioning tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce, PEGA, Unica or similar Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for customer-centric marketing
