Due to an internal promotion a rare opportunity has opened up within the Marketing team to lead customer retention, to drive and optimise customer engagement.

Senior Marketing Manager - Retention

Reporting to the Head of Lifecycle, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead a high performing team of 3 and drive retention strategies for a lucrative Mobile and Broadband products portfolio within a powrehouse brand. In this hands-on role you will develop and execute data-driven strategies to retain our customer base, reducing churn and boosting customer lifetime value to drive revenue. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in data analysis, with strengths identifying insights, building actionable retention strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high performing team of 3 within Retention & Lifecycle
  • Build and roll out commercial marketing stratgies to optimise retention & drive ROI profitability within the exisiting customer base
  • Utilise data analysis to understand customer behaviour, identify churn drivers and build segmentation techniques to measure performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to otpimise cusomer retentikon
  • Experiment with new initiatives for scalable commercial outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven success leading high performing teams in data-driven marketing.
  • Experience in telecommunications, banking or member subscription is highly regarded
  • High proficiency in marketing data analysis, brand optimisation and customer growth.
  • Outstanding commercial acumen with a track record of building actionable business plans
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
