Looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager Manage strategic initiatives, lead campaigns, and oversee a small team to boost brand visibility.

Our client seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to champion strategic marketing initiatives, manage comprehensive campaigns, and enhance brand awareness to fuel business growth.

This role involves leading and guiding the Digital Marketing Specialist and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.


Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create impactful marketing plans targeting key business sectors.
Evaluate and refine campaign effectiveness to penetrate new markets.
Inspire and manage the marketing team and cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels.
Utilise data insights for informed decision-making and campaign optimisation.
Oversee the production of marketing materials and digital assets.
Lead event sponsorships to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in campaign and sponsorship management.
Experience in B2 B and financial services marketing.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of strategic marketing achievements.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and achieve high ROI.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
