About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior State Marketing Manager to join our NSW team. Managing a team of three, and part of a team of fifteen in marketing, you will be managing a multi-million-dollar budget to ensure successful results. This critical role is responsible for the development, delivery and execution of marketing and product strategies for Ingenia Lifestyle's New South Wales over 50's residential communities and will drive project outcomes and commercial results.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and mentor direct reports to support the achievement of strategic objectives and the continuous development of capability within the team
  • Lead the ongoing management of place brand identity, ensuring consistency across the customer journey through all marketing, media, sales environments and collateral
  • Develop and implement project marketing strategies for all NSW communities, focused on quality lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, development and operational stakeholders to ensure delivery of project objectives
  • Develop NSW's marketing budgets ensuring marketing spend is effective, efficient, reviewed and accurately reported

About You

  • Must have extensive strategic property marketing experience in the residential sector, preferably retirement living
  • Experience in greenfield project launches, managing creative, media and PR agencies
  • Strong leadership qualities, fostering an enjoyable, collaborative and learning environment
  • Well versed in using digital platforms including CRM, eDM builder, content management systems
  • Flexibility and adaptability, proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to provide qualitative input into the strategic marketing plans
  • Regular travel within the portfolio and greater business as required to attend site and strengthen frontline stakeholder relationships
