The opportunity:
The role of Internal Communications Manager at Bupa involves creating and executing internal communications to enhance employees' understanding of the company's strategy. Your goal is to motivate and engage our team members in Asia Pacific by sharing Bupa's growth journey and our commitment to customer-centric healthcare.
How will I help?
- Develop and implement APAC-wide internal communications plans aligned with Bupa's strategy, values, and brand.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on enterprise-wide internal communications.
- Create compelling content (written, video, audio, and visual) to communicate progress on key strategy elements and celebrate achievements.
- Measure the impact of communication efforts and use insights to drive enhancements.
- Collaborate with Corporate Affairs and internal communications teams in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong to align priorities and maximize effectiveness.
