The opportunity:

The role of Internal Communications Manager is crucial for enhancing employees' awareness of, and connection with, Bupa's strategy in Asia Pacific. Your task is to craft and implement internal communications that inspire and engage our workforce, highlighting Bupa's growth and dedication to customer-centric healthcare.

How can you contribute?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies across APAC to bring Bupa's strategy to life while aligning with the organization's narrative, values, and brand.
  • Act as a reliable advisor to stakeholders on enterprise-wide internal communication matters.
  • Create diverse content (written, video, audio, visual) that effectively communicates our progress in executing the strategy and celebrates achievements.
  • Analyze the reach and impact of content, campaigns, and events to drive continuous enhancement based on insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Affairs team and internal communications network in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong to align content planning strategically and maximize effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

We seek a highly creative individual adept at problem-solving and crafting compelling content.

You should possess exceptional mastery of language, experience in tailoring content for diverse audiences, and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to achieve remarkable internal communication outcomes.

Proficiency in content management systems, SharePoint, Canva, and similar tools is essential, along with the ability to film executives and senior leaders. Previous success as a communications manager in a complex corporate setting is required, demonstrating your ability to navigate uncertainty.

You must excel as a team player, showcasing strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building capabilities, and experience in advising and influencing global stakeholders.
