Your Opportunity
- Manage and maintain pricing, supplier communications and stock information ensuring all details are up to date.
- Ensure that all receipts, issues and transfers are processed daily and accurately.
- Manage labour cost and vacation in line with budget.
- Participate in monthly stock take.
- Analyse monthly usage figures to determine projected holding quantities.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Complete periodend closing procedures and reports as specified.
