- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating effectively for mutual benefits.
- Manage the transition from tactical administration to strategic task management for stock control.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for stock receipting, transfers, and returns.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of purchasing process.
- Demonstrated team leadership and customer management abilities.
- Competent in use of MS suite highly desirable with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-player who is self-motivated and driven.
