We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant, to join a small administrative team for an Aged Care facility in Avondale Heights on a full-time, on-site basis.

This role will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

About You
To be successful for this role you will have the following:

  • Previous rostering experience (healthcare or Aged Care specific experience desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
  • Proficient data entry and computer use including MS Office and roster management software (desirable, not essential)
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment with a flexible and team orientated approach
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

As this role is in an Aged Care environment, you will need to be fully vaccinated and be willing to obtain either a police check or NDIS Workers screening check.
