About the job:


Kent are seeking an experience Procurement Administrator to support our projects across Australia in terms of sourcing, procurement and maintaining procurement systems.


The responsibilities will include:

  • Be the superuser for the Procurement System
  • Assist and coordinate all material requirements and raise material requisitions
  • Research information on materials & equipment, estimate costs and analyse usage
  • Maintain records of supplier/subcontractor and their performance and compliance
  • Maintain records of contract/purchase order delivery schedules
  • Maintain accounts & delivery records of purchased items
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager when required

Skills & Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional Microsoft office skills, particularly MS excel.
  • Proven ability in accepting direction and completing assigned work accurately and on time.
  • Strong organisational skills are required.
  • Effective time management skills and excellent attention to details
  • Team player with a willing to learn attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solving, adapt to change, accuracy and commitment to quality of services.
