The Executive and Business Support Officer will be responsible for various executive and business support tasks, including diary management, supporting projects, recruitment, and document management. You must deliver these services according to set standards and deadlines, using your proficiency in MS Office tools to address business requests and contribute to government objectives.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Prior experience in executive administration or business support

This is a permanent position based at 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne, with hybrid work options available.
