A day in the life...

We have a thrilling opportunity for a motivated individual to handle our Pharmacy customers in Victoria's Western Suburbs and surrounding areas, including regional locations from Warrnambool to Tasmania.

We're on the lookout for a highly driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be in charge of boosting sales, broadening our customer base within your assigned territory.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Achieving sales KPIs
  • Training Pharmacy staff in person on our top brands
  • Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets and goals in the designated area
  • Conducting in-store visits with retailers to understand their needs, present product offerings, negotiate sales agreements, and achieve outcomes
  • Regularly monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business growth opportunities
  • Identifying and pursuing new customers, forming strong relationships, and converting leads into sales opportunities
Travel Requirements

You'll need to visit customers, prospects, and stakeholders to foster relationships and increase sales. The role of Territory Sales Manager involves extensive travel within Western Victoria and nearby regions, including trips to Warrnambool and Tasmania.

  • At least two regional trips per quarter (3-4 nights) to regional Victoria and Tasmania
  • Approximately 90% travel time, based on business requirements and customer needs
  • Efficient planning and management of travel schedule to maximize productivity, achieve sales targets, and work independently
  • Participation in quarterly cycle meetings, including one interstate trip per year
Key to Success

As a brand ambassador for our top product portfolio, we seek individuals who:

  • Preferably hold a University Degree
  • Have at least 2 years of sales experience in territory or field sales, preferably in FMCG
  • Can demonstrate a track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets in a similar role
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Display excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Can work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
  • Are outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic about sales and managing business relationships
  • Have strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi
  • Hold a valid Full Driver's License
  • Are willing to travel extensively within the designated territory
