About the role:

The Portfolio Lead for Hybrid IT & Enterprise Applications plays a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the Portfolio's performance, growth, and strategic direction.
- Define and manage current and future offerings for Hybrid IT (Azure, AWS, VMware) and Enterprise Business Apps (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Business Apps, IBM Maximo).
- Lead initiatives to understand market products, customer challenges, and technology trends to develop competitive offerings that meet financial objectives.
- Act as a bridge between Fujitsu global and APAC teams to bring relevant offerings to the region.
- Define end-to-end selling processes, manage go-to-market strategies, and ensure offerings are market-ready and sustainable.
- Take ownership of the portfolio's financial performance, revenue generation, and profitability.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives and drive their execution.

Responsibilities:
- Commercial: Demonstrate commercial prowess to drive P&L performance.
- Business Strategy Development for Portfolio: Develop and manage Offering strategy aligned with business goals.
- Product Development: Create a product development roadmap.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Leadership: Define the Portfolio's vision and drive necessary changes.
- Financial Accountability: Ensure financial success of Offering revenue and growth.
- Customer and Market Leadership: Lead with clear customer value proposition and technology requirements.
- Business Insight: Understand market segmentation and articulate customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Partners to create compelling value propositions.
- Offerings Development: Work with Marketing on defining and running external events and campaigns.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Collaboration:
Foster collaboration within the portfolio and across supporting functions in a matrixed environment.

About you:

- P&L management and commercial acumen
- Strong Cloud expertise (Azure or AWS)
- Good understanding of Enterprise Applications (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Business Apps, IBM Maximo) and Enterprise Integration (MuleSoft, Boomi, SoftwareAG)
- Proficiency in Cloud go-to-market strategies
- Knowledge of developing services around SaaS platforms
- Senior leadership skills in cross-cultural environments
- Experience working with C-level executives
- Drive sustainable organizational change
- Experience with a renowned IT or consulting corporation
- Masters or Bachelors degree, Management qualifications preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills for stakeholder management
- Product and offering management experience preferred
