Rare chance for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to assist in implementing new features to improve the existing CRM for our broker distribution team and external broker partners.

In this position, you'll have a crucial role in maintaining and evolving the CRM that supports the Broker Partnerships business. A solid grasp of Salesforce Configuration, particularly Sales Cloud, with a focus on implementing best practices and governance is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage user and license elements such as new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Coordinate system upkeep including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Product/Service Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Handle Salesforce configuration changes, such as Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  • Sustain and aid with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) platform and Communication team users
  • Oversee Customer Experience Cloud (formerly Customer Community) encompassing external user access and site maintenance, certificate management, and functionality enhancement
  • Lead projects to enhance Salesforce performance and user adoption
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and execute a Salesforce Delivery Roadmap ensuring tasks meet deadlines and budget
  • Train new users and mentor Salesforce champions within the business

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Technology, computer science, or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Senior Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong technical skills in Senior Salesforce administration, exceptional customer service, and communication abilities
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development cycles
  • Understanding of environment, security, and data governance practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members and stakeholders
  • Salesforce Certification is required
