About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with System Administrator skills to join our team. If you have a passion for Salesforce development and administration and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Key accountabilities include:

  • Manage day to day development activities on the platform using Apex and Visual Force
  • Develop custom applications using Apex, VisualForce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS
  • Identify and gather business requirements, research capabilities, translating into best practice, provide gap analysis and technical debt recording.
  • Undertake tasks to configure Salesforce, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Utilise the Support Ticket system including troubleshooting and solving any issues that arise with the Salesforce system by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training on the Salesforce platform.
  • Undertake all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of application design and development experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and customising application via web services, Apex, SOQL, Omniscript, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards
  • 2+ years of working with clients and vendors developing solutions and supporting projects from requirements gathering to release management.
  • 3+ years' experience in system administration, preferably with Salesforce
  • Experience integrating with other applications.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
