What's the job?


The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Salesforce Platform that is heavily relied upon to enable our student acquisition pipeline.

The role will prioritise assistance to users across the University in providing them assistance and guidance where it is required, perform any tasks that would typically be done by a Salesforce Administrator (analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, user account maintenance, security and support functions for the Salesforce instances and integration points), manage the archival and control landscape we have built to run our platform safely and securely as well as prioritise and deliver small changes to the platform that deliver high business value and assist our users to get the most value out of our SalesForce implementation.


Day-to-day accountabilities:

  • Lead the administrative functions such as user account maintenance, security, reports and dashboards.-
  • Coordinate and lead maintenance, upgrades, patching and configuration.
  • Lead on-going support and participate in project initiatives.-
  • Work in an agile environment, delivering incremental product functionality in short iterations.

This is permanent full-time job that can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Adelaide and with the ability to start as soon as possible.

Who you are

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or other formal training in IT, Computing Studies, or Information Systems.
  • Three or more years of proven experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  • Experience working in a complex compliance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability leading the salesforce administration function.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and a positive attitude towards challenges and openness to learning.
  • Highly self-motivated, directed and change oriented.
