This is an entry to mid-level EA position.

Role Description
This position requires initiative, attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.

The role requires you to manage internal and external relationships, including working with senior executives; superb written and oral communication skills are essential.

Your Impact

Our Executive Assistants understand that the success of the executive is a reflection of their work and vice versa, which creates a true atmosphere of teamwork and job satisfaction.

This role will be supporting our Sales organisation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday schedules in such a way that the executives are able to complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings (town halls and allhands), offsite meetings, oneonone meetings, etc.
  • Drafting communications to the team, and stakeholders to the marketing organisation.
  • Management and processing of executives' business expenses.
  • Assist with organising catering, luncheon/dinner planning, and planning of other businessrelated meetings as requested.
  • Book appropriate domestic and international travel within the Salesforce travel policy, taking into account travel Visas, Covid requirements, costs and proper documentation.
  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines.
  • Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines.
  • Effectively interface with stakeholders from other groups within Salesforce and Senior Executives inside and outside the company.

Minimum Requirements

  • Shown, applicable administrative experience, ideally from a global organization (technology industry advantageous).
  • Previous experience partnering with senior management in a fastpaced, innovative environment.
  • Skilful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organisation and process.
  • Ensure communications are clear, thorough, and specific, with attention to followthrough.
  • Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs, within an ambiguous and fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential material with the utmost discretion.
  • Experience with the setting up and management of virtual meetings with a large number of participants, using tools such as Zoom, Google Meets etc.
  • Strong teamwork skills; and a confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with others.
  • Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company.
  • Substantial experience with creating presentations, mail and calendaring skills (Google Slides, Gmail and Google Calendar experience a plus).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
