JOB DESCRIPTION

The Hubspot Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for creating and overseeing automated marketing campaigns to boost engagement, nurture leads, and enhance conversion rates. This position necessitates a profound comprehension of marketing automation platforms, specifically focused on Hubspot, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to collaborate across departments to meet marketing goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Devise and implement segmentation and lead scoring strategies for precise targeting and personalized communication.
  • Utilize MarTech tools (HubSpot, NetSuite, and Salesforce) to develop, test, and refine automation workflows and campaigns.
  • Design, execute, and supervise automation workflows that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze metrics, offer insights for enhancing ROI, and guarantee precise MarTech reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to pinpoint and resolve issues within marketing and sales systems.
  • Utilize marketing analytics to drive decision-making.

Act as the primary liaison with the HubSpot account manager. Assess data to refine strategies and processes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Thorough understanding of MarTech SaaS stack, encompassing HubSpot CRM, Netsuite, Salesforce, and Google Analytics/Tag Manager.
  • Experience in constructing campaign journeys and automation workflows in Hubspot.
  • Proficiency in implementing and configuring intricate MarTech systems like CDPs, Customer Engagement Platforms, and CRMs.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google, Social Media, Email, Push, and SMS.
  • Prior involvement in a technical email marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation position.
  • Highly proactive with strong problems-solving skills.
  • Adept at both independent work and collaborative efforts within the broader Digital team.
