The role
**Responsibilities**:
Evaluate customer needs and requirements
Configure HubSpot to meet customer needs
Train users on HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools
Troubleshoot problems with HubSpot
Provide ongoing support to customers
Work with the Customer Success Manager to track customer progress and identify opportunities for improvement
Stay up-to-date on HubSpot's latest features and functionality
Must Have Skills
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
Strong ability to build assets in HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools
Experience with project management and problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for helping businesses succeed
Additional Skills Required
You are HubSpot Certified (proof of certification required)
HubSpot platform setup experience
Individual and Character Attributes
Strong technical skills and a passion for user-centred technology
Strong English, including written and spoken comprehension
Ability to work under pressure and to time constraints
Ability to think outside the box, including finding potential problems before they arise
A sense of urgency within a competitive industry, that strives to provide efficient services and delivery turnaround
