Key Outcomes and AccountabilitiesThe aim of this role is to:
- Assess and prioritise financial information received through annual reporting lodgements.
- Liaise with licensees, accountants and internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Financial Assessment Unit in the conduct of financial assessments.
- Collate and report on assessment outcomes.
- Provide advice to external customers and other QBCC staff regarding financial requirements for licensing and compliance with the Minimum Financial Requirements.
- Manage and respond to enquires sent to a shared inbox.
- Willing to learn new approaches and acquire new capabilities.
- Apply, interpret and provide advice on and implement legislation and policy.
- Use communication and problemsolving techniques to achieve innovation and deliver and promote quality customer service.
- Contribute to the team to achieve outcomes and effective work relationships.
- Bookkeeping skills are considered desirable for this role.
