About the role
Due to projected growth, our Hydraulics Workshop is seeking a resourceful Customer Coordinator

The Hydraulics Workshop is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and overhauling hydraulic components of CAT equipment.

With customers ranging from internal workshops to mine sites across NSW, our team aims to provide a level of service like no other.

In this newly created role, the Customer Coordinator will work alongside skilled tradespeople, support staff and supervisors to exceed expectations.

This is a full time permanent position based at Tomago.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to triage customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions for their requirements in a timely manner
  • Provide high level support and oversight of work to customers
  • Assist the workshop with Safety Compliance
  • Providing general administrative support to the workshop
  • Maintain and assist with stakeholder support and management

About You

  • Previous experience in a highlevel customer service role with exposure to a servicebased business
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritising tasks and managing time effectively
  • Resilient, resourceful and solutions focussed with highly developed attention to detail
  • Highly developed technological skills
