**Description**

Additionally, you will focus on developing, managing, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by delivering services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and Adecco DFR.

Your new role will involve effective coordination, stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to support the recruitment process and maintain client satisfaction.

**You will**:

- Build and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a one team approach to delivering an
- Monitor operational compliance of assessment sessions/activities, conducting regular process reviews, identifying opportunities to maximise the
- Maintain open communication to ensure all relevant stakeholders across DFR, including subcontractors, are aware of the scheduled sessions/activities, and the requirements for their support and input in upcoming assessment sessions/activities.
- Coordinates and schedules assessment sessions in alignment with operational priorities
- Works closely with key stakeholders to ensure availability and smooth scheduling
- Develops and maintains a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
- Builds and nurtures strong partnerships with Defence and DFR Adecco
- Ensures services meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract
- Collaborates with Enlistment Coordinators and AGSVA to facilitate the security clearance process
- Provides timely updates to stakeholders to keep them informed of assessment progress
- Focuses on maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness throughout the assessment coordination process
