About the role

As Customer Service Officer, you'll be the face of the branch. Our Customer Service Officers, previously known as Bank Tellers, are embodying our distinctive philosophy.

You'll receive the necessary training to excel at helping customers with transactions, guiding them on our online platforms, recommending our products and services to assist them in reaching their financial objectives.

This position is based at both Community Bank Homebush. It's a permanent full-time role. The roster entails 76 hours per fortnight.

About you

  • Extensive experience in a customer service setting
  • Demonstrated success in achieving consistent sales outcomes
  • The ability to confidently engage with customers in-person and over the phone
  • An enthusiasm to comprehend and convey what sets our bank apart
  • Experience in the banking and finance industry - a bonus but not a must
