**What you'll do

  • Ownership of total commodity portfolio and growth strategy
  • Lead the design and delivery of new commercial strategies that generate business growth within established networks and new business partners across the network.
  • Support the leadership team in establishing Primary Connect as a thought leader and trusted advisor within the retail and FMCG supply chain community.
  • Lead the development of commodity growth strategy, including the identification, development, and conversion of new business opportunities

**What you'll bring

  • 710 years of Senior Leadership experience with an FMCG or similar background
  • Experience in identifying and converting new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable commercial outcomes
  • Commercial and/or Supply Chain experience and the demonstration of strategic thinking and execution
  • Business acumen with an intuitive and applicable understanding of effective strategy & execution
  • Collaborative leadership through a changing landscape in a fastmoving environment and with datalead decisionmaking
  • Welldeveloped influencing skills, with an understanding of how to create positive, sustainable change within our organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, where you'll develop and empower teams that are proactive, responsive, dynamic, engaging and agile
