Fulfilment
New Lending team are absolutely crucial in ensuring that daytoday lending activities run smoothly, contributing to a seamless and positive experience for our members. As a-
Fulfilment Officer you'll be working as part of an easy-going, close-knit team, working on a range of tasks associated with new mortgage lending including purchases, refinances and construction files. Your role is instrumental to the day-to-day running of the Bank, making sure that borrowers' pre-settlement loan requests are processed in line with internal policy and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all loan documentation
  • Confirm satisfaction of loan file documentation and conditions. Including but not limited to preparation and settlement of new loan files, liaising with customers, solicitors and third parties to arrange settlements and ensuring the Bank's mortgage interest has registered.

What we are looking for:


As you'll be working with new loans, this is naturally a deadline-driven environment and so excellent time management and prioritisation skills are essential, as is close attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy.

You will have experience working in a corporate office / administrative capacity.

  • You will need to be a team player who brings a 'cando' attitude and enjoys working collaboratively towards common goals.
  • Knowledge and experience in banking and / or conveyancing would be advantageous for this position, although extensive training will be provided so it's important that you're enthusiastic about learning and growing in your role. You quickly adapt to new systems, technologies and processes.

This position is based within Heritage's Fulfilment team at our Head Office in Toowoomba, Queensland; however, Heritage is proud to offer hybrid working arrangements, recognising the importance of flexibility in enabling people to achieve their personal and professional best.
