You will be responsible for driving sales performance improvements via capability in coaching to our Optus Business (
OB) Sales Team.

With your target in direct alignment with the targets of the sales team working closely with the sales manager & operations manager, we're looking for someone who is highly motivated by sales success, passionate about driving immediate change and values the impact that coaching can have on performance, customer NPS and overall profitability of the business sales team.


We are looking for someone who is a true "coach" that drives change not through information delivery but through strong embedment in the way our salespeople work and the conversations they have with our customers.


Importantly, you will be ensuring new reps know how to sell the value of the Optus Business proposition, position how our products can effectively tackle customer difficulties, and actively move opportunities through the pipeline to successful sale.


What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Advanced Sales & Coaching experience (min 5 years), with excellent time management and organisation skills;
  • Telco B2B experience nice to have but not 100% essential;
  • Target and sales driven, and able to build rapport at all levels;
  • Influential, able to coach for sales performance; &
  • Proven sales record within B2B / SMB markets.
