Sales Director

The Associate Director of Sales will play a key role in driving revenue growth and maximizing total revenue potential for the property. This involves supervising, growing, and supporting the Sales team to ensure a customer-centric approach is always adopted.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
- Manage a portfolio of top clients and build strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Entertain clients with familiarization trips and site inspections to foster strong relationships
- Collate and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
- Coach and support sales associates to ensure they meet brand and hotel standards
- Prepare and present sales reports to stakeholders, including the annual and monthly forecast, marketing budget, and lead management system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and events to promote the property and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven experience in sales leadership and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Experience with sales software and systems, including Opera
