About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coach to join our team in Perth. As a Sales Coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing and motivating our telesales consultants, helping them achieve their full potential and smash sales targets.

You will be responsible for conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, providing personalized feedback and guidance to help sales consultants improve their performance. You will also monitor call recordings and identify areas for improvement, offering constructive criticism and coaching tips.

Motivating and inspiring your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, is also a key aspect of this role. You will track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of coaching programs.

About You
  • Minimum 2 years of tele sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, objection handling techniques, and effective communication strategies over the phone.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring others, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a positive learning environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Full working rights and the ability to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
