Where You Come In:

  • You play a key role in providing customers with accurate technical support to ensure a positive experience.
  • You develop a deep understanding of Diabetes and all supported products.
  • You effectively communicate technical information to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting processes.
  • You identify customer needs and offer solutions via phone or email.
  • You meticulously log all customer interactions into CRM and internal systems to maintain comprehensive records.
  • You follow through on submitting complaints to manufacturers to address customer feedback.
  • You demonstrate a commitment to upholding the company's reputation for exceptional customer support.
