Role overview:
As an experienced salesperson, you will an integral part of growing our successful and unique brand. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, working alongside our other Area Managers and the Management team. Only experience sales people need apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sound experience in sales
  • Working with current clients, building relationships and
  • Strategic focus – assist in creating and driving sales strategies
  • Business development – identify new business opportunities
  • Client call cycle to existing and potential clients to build new business
  • A current Victorian Driver's license
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
  • Working closely and collaboratively with our allocations team
  • Monthly meetings in Malvern East office

Requirements:

  • Proven record of providing exceptional sales results
  • Previous experience in aged care or sales is highly advantageous
  • Commercial Acumen – ability to negotiate and achieve desired outcomes
  • Excellent relationship building skills – influential and engaging
  • CRM Experience and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently, with great time management and resilience
  • Roving role - you might live in the Southeast or closer to Melbourne – the role offers some flexibility for you in its everyday operation.
  • Creative mind and solutions focussed attitude very welcome
