About the Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opening for a Project Administrator to join our program at the Osborne Naval Shipyard. In this role, you will report to the Production Engineering Support Manager. We offer flexible work arrangements, such as a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Generating and assigning problem issue reports to engineers through relevant systems and software
- Collecting and analyzing project data and reporting on outcomes
- Assisting project managers with regular reporting
- Ensuring that documentation related to issue resolution is captured in the configuration management system

About You:
- You are a methodical individual with strong organizational skills
- Highly organized and a collaborative team player
- Certificate in Business Administration, Project Management (or similar)
- Proficient user of MS Office package
- Desirable working knowledge of JIRA, Windchill PLM, Cognos, Tableu
- Demonstrated industry experience and acumen appropriate to the role
