TEN Recruitment are in partnership with specialist structural repair and refurbishment contractor who are based in Osborne Park. The business has a requirement for a Project Administrator to initially join on a 4-month contract and support the business' tight-knit team across a range of live projects. On completion of a successful contract there is genuine scope for the role to turn into a fulltime - permanent position with the business.
The purpose of the Project Administrator will be to support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, including labour allocations and logistics.
Duties / responsibilities:
- Maintain on site document control.
- Maintain and support all relevant HSE Information.
- Administration of the Quality Management Plan.
- Administer site decommissioning and archiving activities.
- Management of folder and file structures, ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure training matrix compliant.
- Assist Project Logistic with PPE inventory management.
- Effectively plan resources to minimise delays.
- Project establishment including job file setup (Simpro or current used platform), project loadup, mobilisation, scheduling (labour and project), all medicals, inductions and procurement.
- Daily reporting and communication with General Manager of Operations for scheduling & budgeting purposes.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a site administrator role preferably in a construction environment.
- Experience using the Microsoft office suite of programs (Word, Excel, etc)
- Experience working across Aconex, Teambinder, ODS Tracker, BidContender and or cloudbased platforms.
- Current unrestricted WA drivers' licence.
- Professional, friendly and confident demeanour.
