The Client:
Our client operates within the corporate real estate arena. They have a number of major blue-chip clients both on the occupier and landlord side across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis
  • Creating compelling proposals and presentations
  • Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Providing regular reports and updates

The Candidate:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role
  • An interest in property, experience in this field will give you the upper hand
  • Comfortable with negotiation
  • Solutions based thinker
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
