Your Gig:


Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll connect people to a gym membership that empowers them to live happily ever active.


  • In a nutshell: _
  • You'll identify and gain new members through daily activities like prospect and retention calls, community activations (always loads of fun) and following up leads and referrals
  • You'll understand peoples' goals, buying criteria and decisionmaking processes to form a genuine and longterm relationship with them
  • You'll provide people with relevant solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals
  • You'll deliver warm and genuine interactions where queries and feedback are handled effectively
  • You'll create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a nonintimidating signup process and a thorough setup to ensure they have a smooth first visit
  • You'll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach your targets

  • You're passionate about fitness, patient, levelheaded and cool under pressure with relevant customer service, retail or hospitality experience
  • You're comfortable on the phones and get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets
  • You're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're curious and love to learn about people so that you can come up with prescriptive solutions to kick start their fitness journey
