About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at our Sheridan Outlet Bendigo store.

This is a casual role, requiring the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our customers
  • Sell premium products, highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions
  • Ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards
  • Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration
