About the Role:

We are assisting our client in the search for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee a prestigious portfolio of residential properties, acquire new listings, and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords. This position is located in Redfern, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-end portfolio of residential properties.
  • Acquire new property listings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Conduct property inspections.
  • Handle property maintenance.
  • Perform rent and lease reviews.
  • Manage rental bonds.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed.
Key Requirements:
  • Passion for the real estate industry.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Essential Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Good telephone etiquette and team-oriented.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience with Property Tree is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High level of professionalism and a quick learner.
  • Demonstrated initiative and openness to learning.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
