About the Role:STAFF X Talent Solutions is assisting our client in finding a dynamic Property Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a prestigious portfolio of residential properties, prospect for new listings, and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords. This role is based in Redfern, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a prestigious portfolio of residential properties.
  • Prospect and bring in new listings.
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
  • Resolve maintenance and property repairs.
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews.
  • Prepare claims for rental bonds.
  • Handle various ad hoc duties as required.


RequirementsKey Requirements:
  • Genuine desire for the industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Great telephone manner and a team player.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience using Property Tree is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and corporate presentation.
  • Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, and openness to learning.
  • Fast learner with a go-getter attitude.
