  • ABOUT THE ROLE
  • We are seeking two experienced Commercial Leasing Managers for a max term contract (12 months) fulltime position to join our Redfern, Sydney office. In this exciting role you will provide assistance in the management of commercial and aged care assets nationally.
  • Reporting to the Commercial & Residential Sales & Leasing Manager, your objective would be to manage all transactions and stakeholder requirements arising from commercial and residential transaction activity. You will play a pivotal role in acquisition and divestment of commercial aged care assets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • You will oversee feasibility analysis, deliver strategies, and provide recommendation on capital expenditure to optimise asset values.
You will manage all aspects of commercial and residential transaction activity, inclusive but not limited to:

  • Undertake comprehensive feasibility and realisation for potential divestments & acquisitions, inclusive of forecasting on transaction outcomes in the capital plan.
  • Recommend best transaction strategies, make proposals, and follow through to action the approved transaction proposal.
  • Oversee negotiations, review legal contracts and settlements of agreements to maximise financial returns and asset benefit for all TSA customers.
  • Management of multiple tasks, consultants, and transactions. Risk mitigation, strategic planning, manage internal and external relationships including agency and consultants.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support the customer and commercial objectives.
  • ABOUT YOU
  • Key capabilities:
  • A degree qualification in Property or a related Business discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum five years of significant senior property transaction experience
  • Knowledge or experience within the Aged Care and Real Estate sector would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience with land and built form development process.
  • Proven track record in negotiating commercial agreements.
