**Ray White | Touma Group** are seeking a dedicated **Sales and Marketing Administrator **to support our multi-award winning Director Roger Wardy and his Elite Sales Team.

Experience in real estate and/or marketing is advantageous, however not essential. If you have transferable and relevant skills & experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.

**Your duties will include**
- Lead and execute the creation of compelling marketing content and implement across all channels, including digital, social media, website and EDM's;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
- Attend and oversee photography and videography property shoots;
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute campaigns that drive revenue growth and support business objectives;
- Analyse and report on the success of marketing campaigns;
- Continuously monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into the marketing and social media strategy;
- Creating and scheduling social media content across various
channels;
and conversions;
- Coordinating the production and distribution of print collateral such as flyers and brochures;
- Assisting with developing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok;
including internal teams, external vendors, and media partners; and
- Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Roger Wardy is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent and Accredited Auctioneer specialising in property transactions covering Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs with a special focus on Kensington, Kingsford, Randwick, Rosebery & Beachside Suburbs.

As a lifetime resident of the Eastern Suburbs, Roger’s success is reflected in the depth of his client relationships and his extensive knowledge of the local property market. Efficient and organised, Roger’s biggest assets are his integrity, loyalty and honesty with his clients. He genuinely enjoys helping his clients move to the next chapter of their lives through a process that is easy and without stress.

Roger had an early start in real estate working alongside his father developing properties in the eastern suburbs from age eleven. His teenage years were spent learning and understanding how to make money from property investment and by the age of sixteen, Roger’s passion for real estate led him to his first official job with a local real estate agency.
