Through strategic planning and infrastructure upgrades, the Program aims to remove barriers to subdivision and ensure equitable access to essential services.


Position:
We are currently seeking dedicated Program Coordinators to support a crucial Program.

This role involves collaborating closely with vital First Nations Councils and other key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve program objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer housing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Maintain project documentation, track timelines, and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Support procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Assist in project proposal and report preparation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Manage events, create promotional materials, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement community education and awareness programs, including forums, focus groups, and information sessions.
  • Monitor external developments and stakeholder perspectives to inform program strategies.
  • Coordinate workshops to support the planning and development of the program.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in project management/coordination/administration, preferably in the public/social housing sector.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sensitivity to and understanding of Aboriginal culture and community governance structures.
  • Ability to travel extensively within NSW and hold a current NSW Driver's License.
