We are looking for someone passionate about helping others to be the best version of themselves to join the Credit Coaching Team.
The Role will primarily assist the Car Loans Credit Assessment team however will have opportunity to assist in other product lines as needed, as such experience working in both a Car Loans,Asset Finance and a home loans environment would be helpful however not essential.
You could be a current Credit Assessment team member, or a previous Credit Assessment team member who has moved into the wider BFS ecosystem.
This role will provide you with a platform to make a meaningful impact to the experience and development of new analysts within the Car Loans Credit Assessment team and help shape our onboarding and training program.
In this role, you will lead technical training presentations, facilitate discussions, as well as review work and provide feedback to our new starter and upskilling existing analysts.
Outside of the direct training element, you may also be required to assist in uplifting training materials and documenting processes.
Skills and experience relevant to the role includes:
- Knowledge of Car Loans Credit Policy, processes, and systems
- Knowledge of PEGA system
- Attention to detail / accuracy
- Experience credit writing / approving transactions
- Facilitation / Presentation skills
- Knowledge of Home Loans Credit Policy, processes and systems would be helpful however not essential
