Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, manage, and contribute to credit-related projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead the integration of credit activities when a new business is acquired, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Implement cutting-edge techniques for credit control and collections, regularly reviewing processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team productivity and performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the monthly reporting pack, detailing progress on projects and credit capability improvements, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide regular project updates to the Credit Group Manager and relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures, reporting any exceptions or deviations from established guidelines.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of credit experience, preferably in a management position, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Project management experience, with a focus on delivering high-impact projects that drive business outcomes.
  • Leading and implementing change across the credit function, with a strong understanding of credit policies and procedures.
  • ERP System experience, preferably with SAP, with a strong understanding of system functionality and configuration.
  • Excellent communication and stake management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
