We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Credit and Agribusiness team as a Director of Credit and Agribusiness. This role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and coaching to the team, ensuring effective credit delivery, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with credit leaders to provide strategic guidance and coaching to the Credit and Agribusiness team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure sound credit decisions and effective credit administration.
- Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and operations leaders to achieve portfolio growth goals and identify opportunities to deliver value beyond customer capital needs.
- Network and collaborate with other Association leaders to meet the needs of the Credit and Agribusiness team and the Association.
- Model organizational values and inspire a shared vision, holding teams accountable for culture preservation and growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in business, agriculture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible credit experience, including extension of credit to large, complex farm or commercial accounts, and/or capital markets accounts.
- Past leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities.
This role requires strong mental acuity, problem-solving skills, and occasional physical tasks such as standing, lifting, or extended computer usage. Some roles may require physical or mental requirements related to driving, such as a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive a long-distance. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for individuals as requested.
